My thesis project is a large-scale soft sculpture installation, depicting the natural elements of a Pacific Northwest riparian ecosystem. Created in the visual aesthetic style of children’s plush toys as a way to connect the wonder of childhood to the beauty of the natural cycle, from death and decay to new life.
