Cat Mythology is a picture book featuring seven different cat mythologies from around the world. This book was made to expose and to start any and all questions to create interests in these cultures and mythologies. Why cats? Felines also have quite a number of mythologies surrounding them. Audience was another reason; cats are one of the most popular house pets in the United States. That’s a lot of cats in our homes, so it’s more than likely the reader will have some sort of connection with these felines.
