Temporary Moments
Millions of graphite marks have been placed on large sheets of heavy paper creating portraits of the sky. The marks act as a record: a record of observations, memories, translation, time, and meditations.
The experience of distilling the process down to simple mark making – demanded slowing almost to a stop – allowing connections between divergent thoughts and ideas – heightening, deepening, and intensifying personal participation in this work and subsequently, life.
