In this series of paintings, I translate recurring spider dreams into a trio of self-portraits. The work is a direct response to the intense pressures I face in my roles as a working artist, wife, mother, and student. Each painting is a deliberate step out of realism to broader expressionism, capturing my internal shift as I seek equilibrium between my responsibilities and my inner life.
