Doggy exists as a mechanism for self reflection. Being an unrealistic and playful rendition of a dog, I utilize the cuteness of its child-like imagery to process my emotions, memories, and experiences with the comfort cuteness can bring. While placing Doggy in scenes of discomfort, I am exploring the past while confronting my present.
