HOW COME I JUST KEEP GOING IN CIRCLES is a side scroller walking simulator/visual novel/interactive poem. in it, you move a character around using the arrow keypad, and reveal textboxes with fragments of poems, all part of a greater story. it focuses on themes of worry, change, loneliness, and dissociation through poetry and imagery. throughout the semester, i explored coding as a type of artistic medium completely new to me, and combined aspects of the handmade into a digital space for a 2d/3d/digital juxtaposition aesthetic.
