Two collaborative zines that I edited.
Take It All In is made up of contributions from all of the people I interviewed as part of this project where I designed a patient intake form for them to fill. Each person then filled it out however they wanted, giving as much or as little information as they chose as an act of reclamation over the sheer number of intake forms and other paperwork that people seeking care have to fill out during the process of seeking out medical care.
