Context: At the time of making this work the Huy Fong Foods Inc. only employs 200 people to produce the North American supply of the iconic Sriracha Hot Sauce which is prolific. In 2018 the company is said to have profited more then 130 million dollars, but their highest paid employee according to my research is $26.75 per hour. The reason they have only 200 employees is because the company has made it their mission to attempt to eliminate as many jobs as technology, and automation allows.
