I saw ourselves in this photo of strangers

Oklahoma Small-Boy is an autethnographic memoir that uses digital painting and poetry to create a narrative about my relationship with my father. This project investigates memory, masculinity, and place of origin. It’s a non-linear exploration that uses multiple modes of representation to complicate the process in which identity is understood.
