Oversees the management of this tri-county arts and culture council. Executes the policies and directives of the board and the work of a 22-member staff. Also, oversees the RACC Public Art Program, responsible for the management of the City of Portland and Multnomah County’s Percent for Art Program and public art contracts with public and private agencies. Eloise has been involved with the arts since childhood and almost non-stop since then in Chile, Central Oregon, for the past 19+ years in Portland, and in various communities around the US. She and her husband Gary love to travel by foot, bike and especially airplanes that take them to sunny places with water and to exotic cities. |
