Frank Boyden’s work can be found in museums and galleries near and far, from the Museum of Contemporary Craft Collection to the Pushkin Museum of Moscow, Russia. His influential works in ceramics, sculpture, and printmaking celebrate the natural and ecological through organic and faunal iconography. His cast bronze outdoor sculptures include the Vietnam War Memorial overlooking the ocean in Newport, OR, the William Stafford Memorial Standing Stones on the Willamette in Lake Oswego, OR, and works at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Oregon State Hospital, at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

In 1970, he founded the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology in Otis, Oregon.
