While the physicist looks to empirical experiments, the philosopher turns to the thought experiment, each intending to find a truth. Perpetually isolated in retrospective thought, I measure my personal narrative against the controls of theoretical physics and philosophy as a medium for their unification. Parallels between the actions of motion and tactics of love in personal narrative highlight similarities between physics and philosophy in the everyday. An alchemy that uses symbology (in this case, the happenstance of words that describe more than one object of phenomena) to create meaning from physical occurrences, the motif of water in the narratives (like the spiritual water of Jungian alchemy) are used to describe the ways in which the two systems of philosophy and quantum mechanics behave.
