My magazine, Paper Doll, is an experiment of sorts, with the goal of infiltrating magazines which are popular to high school-aged women. This publication uses a traditional magazine format and the leverage of pop culture to teach media literacy and communicate ideas of feminism. It is small enough to fit inside magazines like Cosmopolitan and Seventeen, and becomes a found object among the pages of misrepresentation.
