FLUX: a fashion library

I developed Flux, a concept for a garment library. The concept is intended to fulfill a womanʼs needs and desires for fashion and at the same time extend the life-cycle of the garments that are produced.

The exhibition of this concept introduces the viewer to the Flux garment library. There, a video shows a woman using the library, a series of garments highlighting innovative making and materials, and photographs of women wearing Flux garments in ways that embody their own sense of style.

Flux offers members an invitation to change their behaviors in relation to the purchase and use of clothing. Further research studies and trials of the lending library will help to refine the concept and determine its viability.
