Through a variety of media—craft, photography and moving images—my work examines the construction of identity. With the use of these media I explore the performative aspects, and processes of, identity formation. Craft and images are vernaculars of the culture in which I live, and in using them I aim to provide accessible entry points into discussions of identity.
