By contemplating how we engage with what we see, my goal is to bring attention to the peripheral subjectives of the spaces we inhabit.
The following ideas are a culmination of research related to my visual work during my studies in the MFA Visual Studies program: expanding on my explorations of light, color, time, and space through painting and light-based installation projects. These thoughts form the impetus behind the project for the thesis exhibition.
