What is Limbo?
Punishment? A trap? A byproduct? The inbetween? The second circle of hell? A cycle
that’s repeating, repeating, repeating…?
Limbo is an Office Building.
We follow a worker who has broken out of the cycle and is wondering who they are,
where they are, and what’s going on. Were they a terrible person? Is their lucidity part of that
punishment, the feeling of being so alone and ignored? Can they stand the horror of everyone
else’s punishment? Why is there a demon here? And what lies beyond the Office Building?
Through this liminal, barren building and this lost soul I want to make people think.
Cubicle offices are bad, sure, but that’s not really what this story is about. I aim to make an
interesting, unique take on Hell and the afterlife and what weird punishments might take place,
and what may or may not even BE an intentional punishment, and what sorts of people could
end up there. If you have questions after reading, good! It’s working.
