Candy Coated Delirium introduces us to the character Stodd and his warped sour perspective of his day to day for he is wandering through life under the sweet intoxication of alcohol. This addictive sweet tooth leaves Stodd in a drunken haze, which is coated by his trauma, and fears. In these 6 pages we get to see how this trauma spills into his day to day, what social tensions exist in Stodds social life, and where Stodd is at mentally. This introductory comic issue is a way to establish a character and outside conversation I have had with myself while attending college. While also acting as a marketing tool to get into the mainstream comic market. Candy Coated Delirium on top of have 6 finished pages, also has a cover, back cover, printed versions of the story, along with character design work, logo work, and tessellation pattern work. That additional work is work I hope to share with my audience to build a community for this series.
