Pogo got shorter and shorter as the development of Superfun went on. I ultimately decided that his proportions should be stubby and cute, but there’s something I miss about this lankier version. It’s creepier, and I think the tension between adulthood and childhood is more visually apparent in this design. I guess Midi had more of a Guy Fieri look, can’t wait to bring this flamin’ shirt back in Issue 2.
