Displaying my work in the loft gave me the space to spread out the work. Each piece is very quite complex, so allowing the breathing room between the work allowed for contemplation. Seeing the cement cast pieces in dialogue with the paintings in this setting is important to this body of work, as they each have a story of their own, yet have been a constant conversation with each other in the making process.
